8 Days without internet, after resolving accounts issue outragious

I noticed my internet account has been susspended, so Friday the 24th of March I discovered this was due to the account being in arrears, I was under the impression that the account is on a debit order like my other products from cybersmart has been for a few years now.

So I contacted support as I needed internet urgently for work over the weekend, I was met with a helpful person on the other end whom understandibly explained to me that they wouldn't be able to switch the account on because the matter has been forwarded to accounts and would only be resolved by the Monday if I make the payment. (I was a bit frustrated but understandable since I only contacted them quite late in the day)

I went ahead and setttled my account on the day with the reffrence I am supposed to use, to my suprise on Monday no internet still, so I contacted them again and explainned the situation hoping they could switch it on now since I've paid. After numerious back and forth calls and at some point it being mentioned my account seems to have been completly removed Joe (good IT support staff once again) had finally sorted me out saying everything is good he has forwarded everything the accounts department need to reactivate the account and I can expect internet within the hour.

After approximatley 3 hours later I contacted them again, no internet still. Joe was of shift, non the less the person on the other end checked and assured me Joe has sent everthing needed and he has placed it in the high priority que and there is nothing else IT support can do.

It is now Thursday the 30th 12:45pm there is still no internet this is very poor service, is your accounts department so incompotent, that after proof of payment in full, an email directly from me to accounts and numerious support calls they cannot check the balance and flip a switch?

I've been forced to resort to another ISP in the meant time, and about to callsupport again :(

Sort your accounts department out and you'll be a great ISP
