11 months of no joy

<p>In November 2015 I signed up for a uncapped 2meg line deal.</p> <p>Up until now the modem connects with data traffic.......for a while. 10 min at the most. the connection stays but there is zero traffic.</p> <p>Call after call has not produced any results even though everyone is willing to help.</p> <p>After almost 11 months of testing and port setting and other technical things, I still have no joy. This all despite my monthly payments.</p> <p>No higher Being from mamagement has contacted me or offered to get involved and nor have I been allowed to speak to one despite asking.</p> <p>Super frustrated. </p>
