1 year later and still waiting

It has been close to 1 year since out body corporate decided to go with Cybersmart to provide our building in Cape Town with fiber optics. It has been nothing less than a total disaster! promise after promise and deadline after deadline has been missed. About 1.5 months ago we were promised that our building (4 Church Square) would be live in 2 weeks. I am still waiting. In two weeks time I would be out of the country. God knows what will happen then, if anything... meanwhile I have international guest renting the apartment till early January 2018. there is NO way I will allow for technicians to access the apartment while guests is staying and I am out of the country. I also need to have a time frame as to when to cancel my current Telkom account. All and all it has been a very disappointing experience and I am already deeply concerned about the service that will be provided by this looser company!!!
