Poor customer care and non - responsiveness
I have ordered two jeans online on the 16 June 2026 and I only received one item, weing size.I have been calling Curve Gear since 20 June 2026 and no one respond.Im still waiting for the outstanding item till today, 29 June 2026

Concern Regarding Quality of Curve Gear Vellies
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of my second pair of Curve Gear Vellies. As reflected in the attached proof of purchase, I am a loyal customer and have always enjoyed your products. However, the pair I purchased on 25 July 2025 has unfortunately developed a fault. As shown in the attached photographs, the soles of both shoes are pulling away from the upper part of the shoe. I recently purchased another pair on 6 March 2026, which demonstrates my continued support for your brand. That said, I was disappointed to experience this issue with a pair that is just over seven months old. I understand from the store assistant that the standard replacement period is six months, and I acknowledge that this pair falls slightly outside that timeframe. Nevertheless, given the relatively short period of use and my continued loyalty to the brand, I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly review this matter and consider some form of compensation or goodwill gesture.

No stock of item after confirmation by Head Office.
Online system and customer care via mail confirmed there was stock of the sneakers that I wanted. Used time from work to drive to the selected store just to hear that there is no stock but their system shows they have. I tried calling the company in the morning to find out if there is stock to avoid this situation but the phone diverts to voicemail - so I had to use the e-mail provided. This was suppose to be my husbands anniversary gift. Unacceptable for a premium brand to make mistakes like this.
