Concern Regarding Quality of Curve Gear Vellies

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of my second pair of Curve Gear Vellies.

As reflected in the attached proof of purchase, I am a loyal customer and have always enjoyed your products. However, the pair I purchased on 25 July 2025 has unfortunately developed a fault. As shown in the attached photographs, the soles of both shoes are pulling away from the upper part of the shoe.

I recently purchased another pair on 6 March 2026, which demonstrates my continued support for your brand. That said, I was disappointed to experience this issue with a pair that is just over seven months old. I understand from the store assistant that the standard replacement period is six months, and I acknowledge that this pair falls slightly outside that timeframe. Nevertheless, given the relatively short period of use and my continued loyalty to the brand, I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly review this matter and consider some form of compensation or goodwill gesture.
