Business ****. Do not use them
I contacted them after my washing machine needed a repair. They were quick to arrive and when the job was finished they refused to leave until they saw proof of payment same time. When installing what they needed to initially ,I found out they did it incorrectly and needed to come back. They took forever to come back and charged extra. I could saved myself the hassle by practically just buying a new washing machine. Its a ****. It is 1 person pretending to be Mark while the other guy just gets told what to do.

When installing what they needed to initially ,I found out they did it incorrectly and needed to come back. They took forever to come back and charged extra. DO NOT USE! ****mers - they will take your appliance and may not bring it back
Craig Engineering happily takes deposit money, completely ignores deadlines, cuts off communication, and effectively holds customer property hostage. Avoid this business at all costs. I have opened a theft case at the policy station as they have not returned my machine after 3 weeks. Earlier this year, I hired them to fix a noisy spin cycle on my washing machine. They collected the machine before making the final repair costs clear, but they did eventually return it. Less than six months later, the exact same problem recurred. They collected the machine again under the pretense of a warranty inspection, but once they had it at their workshop, they refused to honor their guarantee. Instead, they claimed the issue was due to "overloading" and demanded more money. To resolve the issue quickly, I reluctantly agreed to a reduced fee of R1,300 and paid a 70% deposit via instant EFT. Since taking my deposit, they have subjected me to a continuous cycle of ignored messages, missed deadlines, and blatant lies. They have repeatedly promised specific delivery slots, only to fail to show up without warning. When followed up with, they offer stalling excuses like "technicians are on the way" or completely ignore my communication.

****mers, do not use Craig engineering repairs.
Please do not use these guys, they are ****mers. I usually do my due diligence but in this instance I was in a rush and needed assistance and googled fridge repairs and came across their website and they were quite eager to come out, the technician looks professional, he worked on my fridge (not sure what he did) and let me know that it is fixed, he then said I should keep the fridge doors closed for about an hour then it should be ice cold, I paid R2250 via cash send (that already gave me a ***** feeling) because apparently their bank is having issues and he left, the fridge never worked, I tried contacting them over and over with no response. He actually caused more damage as I had to get someone else out to come assess the fridge. Please do not ever use these guys, I will be taking action against them and will be laying charges.

Like the other reviews show, this guy and his **** business are not legitimate business people. Its basically a ****. I found them online, sent through my repair needs, they were eager to come over and repair. I asked about pricing and they kept dodging the question. I kept asking because they could charge anything (like you will see with one of the other reviews, they charged a huge fee and didnt even fix her stuff). When i kept asking about pricing and a ballpark figure, they stopped replying and are now ignoring me. I run a business. I would never ignore a customer who wants to pay me. These guys are ******. Do not fall for it.

When you query the internet a reputable company by the same name exists and it looks like they have cloned their website.

They came to do a repair - cost me R5400 claimed to have replaced mother boards etc. 2 days later my fridge and washing machine present with the same issue but Cannot get hold of them. When you query the internet a reputable company by the same name exists and it looks like they have cloned their website.

Fridge Still Not Working After Repair - Awaiting Resolution Under Guarantee
I paid Craig Engineering Repairs R1 500 cash on Wednesday, 11 February 2026 to repair my fridge. An invoice with a 12 month guarantee was later provided on Friday, 13 February 2026. The fridge is still not cooling or freezing. I have been promised multiple return visits but no technician has arrived. Messages are being read but not responded to. I am requesting that the frodge be repaired under the guarantee or that my payment be refunded.
