Fridge Still Not Working After Repair - Awaiting Resolution Under Guarantee

I paid Craig Engineering Repairs R1 500 cash on Wednesday, 11 February 2026 to repair my fridge. An invoice with a 12 month guarantee was later provided on Friday, 13 February 2026.

The fridge is still not cooling or freezing. I have been promised multiple return visits but no technician has arrived. Messages are being read but not responded to.

I am requesting that the frodge be repaired under the guarantee or that my payment be refunded.
