Have not received order or refund
I ordered 6 chairs on the 12th of February, they requested that I make an immediate payment as the truck was leaving for Cape Town and they will then load my furniture for delivery within 3 to 4 days. I have not received my furniture, and they are not picking up any of my calls or responding on my emails. Lost the money and received no furniture. Do not buy from them, you will lose your money. Whole House Furnished Perfectly – Excellent Experience!
I recently purchased most of my home furniture from Craft City Furniture, including 8 dining chairs, a dining table, 3 beds with side tables, and 4 counter stools. My order was delivered this morning and the delivery team assembled everything for me. I took the time to inspect all the items and I must say the quality is on another level. Everything fits perfectly in my house and the fabric matches exactly what I requested. The team was professional, efficient, and very helpful during the delivery and setup process. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and in delivering quality furniture. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience. Thank you Craft City Furniture!

Very Happy with My Purchase from Craft City Furniture
I recently purchased 12 Arden dining chairs from Craft City Furniture, and I’m happy to say my order was delivered yesterday. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I’d especially like to thank the delivery team for their professionalism. They assembled all the chairs and set them up perfectly for me. They even went the extra mile by helping move my old chairs to the garage. Once I had inspected the new chairs and confirmed I was happy, they packed up all the boxes and took the packaging with them, leaving everything neat and tidy. The quality of the chairs is superb — they are very stylish and exactly what I was hoping for. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I can confidently recommend Craft City Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

I purchased patio furniture from Craft City Furniture last month. Unfortunately, I was not available at the time the delivery was initially scheduled as I was away. I only returned last week, and my delivery was successfully completed this morning. I am very happy with the quality of the furniture — it is well made and exactly what I expected. I would also like to thank the gentleman who handled my delivery. He was professional, courteous, and ensured everything was delivered properly. Although my order was only delivered yesterday and the waiting period was longer than expected, I would like to share my overall experience. There was a delay with the delivery due to stock shortages and some factory defects, which I only became aware of after following up with the driver. While the waiting period was frustrating, I do appreciate the transparency regarding the reason for the delay. Upon delivery, I made sure to thoroughly inspect the dining table and chairs after assembly to check for any defects or dents. I am happy to say that everything was in perfect condition. The quality is truly exceptional — even better than I expected — and the set looks absolutely beautiful, just as it appeared on the website. I have now been waiting seven weeks for my order to be delivered. Aside from one message at the very beginning of the process mentioning a delay, I have received absolutely no communication or updates from Craft City Furniture since. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. You have my contact number on file with my order. I expect someone from your team to contact me within the next 24 hours to finalize my delivery arrangement. If I do not receive a call by then, I will be taking this matter further.
