Unacceptable Delays & Zero Communication (Order: INV***)

I have now been waiting seven weeks for my order to be delivered. Aside from one message at the very beginning of the process mentioning a delay, I have received absolutely no communication or updates from Craft City Furniture since.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. You have my contact number on file with my order. I expect someone from your team to contact me within the next 24 hours to finalize my delivery arrangement. If I do not receive a call by then, I will be taking this matter further.
