Frustrating Wait, but Very Happy with My Purchase

I recently purchased a dining table and eight dining chairs from Craft City Furniture. Although my order was only delivered yesterday and the waiting period was longer than expected, I would like to share my overall experience.

There was a delay with the delivery due to stock shortages and some factory defects, which I only became aware of after following up with the driver. While the waiting period was frustrating, I do appreciate the transparency regarding the reason for the delay.

Upon delivery, I made sure to thoroughly inspect the dining table and chairs after assembly to check for any defects or dents. I am happy to say that everything was in perfect condition. The quality is truly exceptional — even better than I expected — and the set looks absolutely beautiful, just as it appeared on the website.

Despite the initial frustration caused by the delay, I am very pleased with my purchase. The product quality and final result made the wait worthwhile.
