VODACOM AND THEIR THIEVERY

How does Vodacom still have the nerve to bill a cancelled contract? is it that bad at that ******* company that they cannot tell contract and pre-paid apart. I have had the worst contract with Vodacom for the past 3 years and when you try to cancel they make threats of charging you 10k for a service they failed to provide. Their customer care is *******, the service they provide is *******, what good is this company for?
