INCORRECT CONTRACT

I don't understand how MTN lets their workers create false contracts or contracts client did not agree on for sales and when we complain they don't follow up. I called , emailed and called again nothing yet. They also debited me today and i have been telling them that the contract was incorrect can we please cancel it . How does one get help from @mtn at this point ? I DONT EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT THEY CHARGING ME FOR ? what exactly am i paying for ?
