Complaint Regarding Faulty MTN Home Starter Device, Unjustified Billing, and Cancellation

MTN provided a faulty Home Starter device that does not function, yet they continue to deduct money from my account for a service that is not being delivered. I am being charged for an MTN Home Starter product that is defective and non-functional, which is unacceptable.

Terrible, despite the device not working, MTN continues to debit my account for a service I cannot use. I consider this unacceptable and a breach of the agreement, as I am being billed for a service that is not being provided. It appears that the focus is solely on collecting payments rather than resolving the issue or delivering the promised service.
