Write with a heavy heart to find myself reversing a debit order and Car track debiting me again over a lapsed contract, spoke and was advised in November 2025 that my contract was coming to an end in Jan 2026 and the salesman/consultant said they would not debit me. But in feb 2026 the debit went off I've reversed it was debited again now in March 2026, wrote to them to say it looks like I'm being forced to stay on the tracking device My question is what is the point of being told that you'll be on the 36 months contract and when it ends you kind of being forced to still pay it whereas you'll never be allowed to end whenever if you can't pay Does this mean the service providers own our monies even beyond the contract
