I had a lovely experience with employees at computer shares.More so Ndumiso and Christine.They were very helpful and prompt with rounding up my dividends.Well done to the 2 of you for your patience and guidance. I would recommend Christine and Ndumiso for help with queries. Great job!

Outstanding Customer Service.
Omphile Kgoetego provided excellent service. He took the time to understand the issue with my account and made sure it was properly addressed. He communicated clearly and professionally with me over the phone and, importantly, followed up afterwards to ensure that the matter had been fully resolved. I really appreciate his effort and would like to acknowledge him for going the extra mile.

Bad Service
I would like to express my utter disgust with service I am receiving from Compushare South Africa. I have trying for a long time to get my Login details sorted out by phoning Compushare. The last 2 times I was on my cellphone for average of 20 minutes each time. I then sent a email to Compushare and I got automated email reply which reads as follows " We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible via email or telephone. Should you not hear from us within 48 hours, please contact our Call Centre on ***or +***0" Really what company sends it's clients such a automated reply email after me spending a whole of money on telephone calls to try and get my problem sorted out. Really Computershare this totally unacceptable

Maybe Computershare will respond to this post, as they are not possible to contact by email. It looks like they have *****ulently disposed of my entire portfolio, as when I log in, I get a message stating "You don't have any holdings".
