Worst ISP Used
Somehow all of them are "Customer Support Specialists" yet I haven't been supported once. Haven't had a stable connection since I've been with them.

15 Sept 2022, 20:55Your side is obviously full of **** because I have not had a single day without packet loss or my "fibre" connection dropping completely.
"Thank you for your patience and understanding" - I'm completely impatient at this point and don't understand why it's so hard in 2022 to implement a working connection. Telkom ADSL was more reliable WITH cable theft happening once a week. Perhaps if you share whatever you were smoking when you typed out your response, I'd be a happier customer.
Just a tip, maybe get confirmation from your customer that the problem is resolved before closing tickets and typing out some generic response to my complaint FIVE ******* months after they've submitted it.
