Worst ISP ever

If I could give no star rating it will still be better than the actual fibre line service we get.

We will be with Clearaccess in November 2 years. During this 2 years we never had a stable line. More of than on, line taking dips no stable line and always an excuse.

Your Smart Tv does not work on the line we need to create a seperate connection for the tv. Your house 2nd floor don't get signal because it is a double story. Your CCTV cameras nvr is interfering with the signal.

So on and so on. I can wait for 1 October so that I can give notice and try another isp on month to month. CLEARACCESS YOU SUCK.

I never had this issues with my Telkom adsl line. We were with them for 2 years. Well done Telkom you better than Clearaccess. When the cables was ****** for the 1st time telkom did not want to replace so we were forced to go to fibre.

I see you removed where you said stable fibre line off your internet site. I wonder why???
