Valued customer?? What a JOKE!!

I have been begging and pleading with this ISP that I PAY FOR to assist with my internet connection, i get called last week and a guy said he would get back to me, what a joke! They are very quick to call you a valued customer but I have to constantly beg for someone to assist me. It is purely disastrous for someone to fight for something they pay for!!
