Unprofessional, Dishonest & ******** Conduct by Clear Access

I am extremely disappointed by the shocking level of unprofessionalism I have experienced with Clear Access. Despite paying my account on time and receiving acknowledgement of payment, Clear Access still went ahead and switched off my WiFi without any valid reason.

What makes this worse is the dishonesty I encountered. After accepting my payment, Clear Access suddenly attempted to impose additional fees that were never communicated beforehand. It is ******** to receive and acknowledge payment in full, and then only afterwards try to add extra charges. This behaviour is misleading, *********, and completely unacceptable.

Not only was my service disrupted unfairly, but I was also met with a lack of transparency and accountability. No proper explanation, no professionalism, and no respect for customers who pay on time.

I expect Clear Access to: • Reconnect my service immediately • Remove any reconnection fees added after payment

Consumers deserve better than this. I hope this review helps others be aware of the ongoing issues with this company.
