Unfair Billing 👎👎

Very disgruntled! Im being forced to pay for services that were not rendered by these guys, i email them with a genuine inquiry on how their billing works and all i receive is “Pay now to be connected”. I literally paid a full month’s subscription and only got 2 weeks of service.

Service delivery is not bad though, i’ll give them that. If any senior at Clear Access is reading, please look into this.
