They were very quick, efficient and helpful. The internet speed I purchased is what I get when I do a speed test (unlike my previous provider). They are also cheaper than my previous provider with a greater speed (50mbs upload and download). Activation was however only on 1st of September 2023 (today is the 5th), but so far so good
