The worst customer service you will ever receive

Absolutely appalling service from ClearAccess.No wifi since 19 April, ticket logged and eventually expired with no one even bothering to call me. I have received no update on my matter and I am still without wifi yet every agent I speak to tells me the same thing. One agent even gave me a line escalation email address that does not allow customers to email. Incredible
