Terrible Line, no customer service.

Un-ending problems, the line was never what I paid for. It would either be less than half the speed or completely unusable. When I asked for help all I was told was only mine line is having this issue and no one else, I'm not sure if customer service works this way, but if so this is completely appalling. Do yourself a favor, don't go with clear access you will save yourself a major head ache.
