Terrible connection and service.

Clear Access never has connection. We often have issues with our fibre and we’re told that it’s due to the neighboring complex. I have asked on several occasions why our complex doesn’t have its own servers. Clear Access is very quick to bill us to make minor changes but they aren’t in a hurry to provide a service that we’re paying for.
