Signed up for a fibre service which was accepted by them through the service provider AXXESS .

Sent all the required details to Clear access and AXXESS however it became clearly apparent that Clear access :

1. They do not read a clients e-mails in the entirety 2. They make excuse upon excuse even though there is a clear history of correspondence to them 3. They do not answer e-mails ( just as they do not respond to negative ratings on Hellopeter) 3. They then (after waiting weeks for them to overcome their interia) unilaterally cancelled the application. 4. When one tries to phone the person responsible is never available and does not return calls

Diane C- you do NO credit to your organization and need to understand that it the client that pays your salary.
