Saved by a second call

Terrible service at first. A guy named Heindrich from clear access today was so rude and uncalled for. He asked me for a ticket number. I told him I wasn't given one from the landlord and his remark, in a ridiculously sarcastic manner was "do you want to wait on the line for hours, without a ticket number I cannot assist!" but I called again I had really amazing service from a guy named Devon. He spoke to me for more than half an hour helping me reboot the system and even took the time to explain everything to me. He definitely went the extra mile. Such service is really appreciated. Just goes to show how important the role of an employee is. If didn't call again, I would have been left with a sour experience altogether. Thank you Devon!
