Ridiculous Service from Afterhours Support.

It is quite ridiculous that you claim to have a 24 hour support center but the phone is never picked up. I called and I waited for for minutes then suddenly I get sent to voicemail. I call again and I’m being told that you’re trying to contact the estate’s caretaker, 40 mins after the wifi has been down. You keep saying you’re monitoring your systems but can’t pick up an issue until we call?
