"Relentless Network Outages: 7 out of 10 Times Over 24 Hours! Blame Game, Zero Accountability, and Pathetic Service!"

This is pure madness! I have had a network outage every freaking week since November/December last year, and a staggering 7 times out of 10, you're left hanging for more than 24 hours! They have the audacity to keep pointing fingers at the upstream provider, and not a single ounce of accountability is taken. Their communication is a joke, filled with generic updates that they probably cut, copy, and paste without giving a damn. It's an absolute disgrace of a service.
