Refreshing change!

What a refreshing change to deal with a truly professional company. I am moving into a new apartment and needed my internet and DSTV access enabled. Both of these are distributed throughout the complex via a fibre backbone, so no need for a plethora of unsightly satellite dishes. In the apartment is a wall box where fibre to wire adapters are installed, allowing connection to standard WiFi router and DSTV decoder. It is this part that needed installing. I contacted ClearAccess, paid the installation fee and confirmed a time and date for their installer to come to the apartment. Sure enough he appeared at the designated time, carried out the installation efficiently while maintaining a cheerful conversation, and didn’t leave until confirming that all was working OK. Not only was the installer superbly efficient, but so was the administration. From first contact to completion of the installation I felt I was dealing with a truly professional company who employ truly professional people. What a pleasant experience!
