Poor Costumer Service

Relocated to Brackenfell, i was told all I need is my router and they will setup everything once here knly to find out that might take 7 to 14 days for box to be activated with no sense of urgency on the matter as 3 sales consultants said they will rush it and come back to me and no one has since and wifi still not activated but they did however CLOSED the ticket for the issue as resolved so whether someone will provide feedback oneday is unclear. Poor customer service
