Just had a brilliant support experience with Tiaan from ClearAccess. We've been battling for weeks now with unstable internet, and weren't certain if it was our home wifi setup or Clear Access or MetroFibre. Tiaan very patiently walked me through every possibility and together we fixed 3 major issues that were all contributing to our useless home internet speeds. Now the internet is flying here.
