Pathetic on everything, customers service experience & the never working network

The constant interrupted connectivity from clear access has become unbearable, we get advised of planned maintenance being scheduled and next thing an entire disconnect for almost a week?

Now we had to spend additional money going to the office and incur additional costs but we claim to have a Fibre line that's paid for.

Prior to this I called last week complaining about my speed as i am not getting what I paid for and received very pathetic service from one of your consultants who did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue and I had to somewhat force him to do his job (poor at active listening as he just listens to responds) check what my connectivity/speed has been for the past 3month?... I ended up troubleshooting the problem myself. Very pathetic if you ask me considering I'm not getting this service for free.

I require compensation for this as I cannot be expected to pay for a service I don't get.. The last time this happened you just gave an insulting discount to my monthly payment... YOUR COMPLANY IS REALLY PLAYING WITH OUR JOBS AND LIVELYHOOD, our daughter relies on this connection for her online classes as well which she has not been attending well due to this mess. At the same time you are quick to want to default us when we want to cancel however you are still unable to deliver a service.

You immediate response on how you will handle this matter will be highly appreciated.

Regards Dissatisfied customer

Dear Rose, We understand that many of you have been experiencing continuous outages with your internet service, and we want to take this opportunity to explain the issues that our up-stream provider, DFA (Dark Fibre Africa), has been facing. According to a recent article on MyBroadband, the DFA network has been hit by a surge of vandalism, causing widespread disruptions to internet services in various areas. The article outlines how these acts of vandalism have affected the fibre network infrastructure, leading to significant downtime and service interruptions for many internet service providers, including Clear Access. As a result of these incidents, Clear Access has been working closely with DFA to address the situation and minimise the impact on our customers. We understand the frustration and inconvenience that these outages have caused, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We are actively monitoring the situation and are in constant communication with DFA to ensure that the necessary repairs and security measures are being implemented to prevent further disruptions. We are committed to providing you with a reliable and uninterrupted internet service, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. In the meantime, we will continue to provide regular updates and information regarding the status of the network and any measures being taken to restore and improve the service. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that these outages may have caused, and we thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work to resolve these issues. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to delivering a seamless and reliable internet experience for all our customers. Thank you for choosing Clear Access as your internet service provider. Sincerely,Clear Access Customer Support Team

Funny how you just copy and paste your response to everyone escalating this issue. Same response on email and here.
At my complex we have coverage issues every single month and it takes a week or so to fix your network. I attempted to cancel and I was told that I am binded by the contract.

There's no compansasion whatsoever, month end you deduct a full premium without taking into consideration of us not using your services for half a month.

Same excuse every month. You don't even bother to edit your response. IT'S TIME WE INVOLVE THE OMBUDSMAN AS THIS IS A DAIY LIGHT *******.

All your clients from my complex will be taking this further. Enough is enough😏
