Pathetic connection and service

What a mess! Moved into a new apartment who already use clearaccess. This is meant to be 'Free' internet. We moved in 1st Feb they took about 2 weeks to connect us, then we have never had 1 day of good connection. We had to call daily for someone to troubleshoot and connect us for an hour before connection drops again. We haven't had internet for 2 weeks now. They send technicians and again, connection for an hour and it drops. Sometimes they don't even come back to you. We have 2 routers because we thought maybe signal strength is an issue. I have escalated and they just send emails to a DL instead of sending to someone with authority. If i had a choice i would use another service provider but im stuck with this nonsense. Noone cares.the service is pathetic, the internet is just as pathetic. Im so fed up. I never would recommend these guys.
