Overall poor and pathetic service and response
Pathetic service. Working from home and their router stopped working, I called in 3 days ago they said they will be sending a technician, 3 days of no work and when you call them no one is able to assist they all tell you sorry for the inconvenience we’ll your playing with people’s jobs if you failing to provide services and solutions and come month end your the first people to debit accounts with no hesitation but when your products gives us issues you never attend promptly last time I went up to 2 weeks waiting for someone to come and check your router issues how pathetic and by the way I’m still offline. I’m definitely switching to another service provider and will tell everyone in our complex about your poor service that’s if you still have anyone using your fibre “solutions”
