No Wi-Fi
Definitely would not recommend. Our complex hasn’t had WiFi for 3 days. No estimation given of restoration.

08 Mar 2024, 08:23Good day, Thabang,
We understand that many of you have been experiencing continuous outages with your internet service, and we want to take this opportunity to explain the issues that our up-stream provider, DFA (Dark Fibre Africa), has been facing. According to a recent article on MyBroadband, the DFA network has been hit by a surge of vandalism, causing widespread disruptions to internet services in various areas. The article outlines how these acts of vandalism have affected the fibre network infrastructure, leading to significant downtime and service interruptions for many internet service providers, including Clear Access. As a result of these incidents, Clear Access has been working closely with DFA to address the situation and minimise the impact on our customers. We understand the frustration and inconvenience that these outages have caused, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We are actively monitoring the situation and are in constant communication with DFA to ensure that the necessary repairs and security measures are being implemented to prevent further disruptions. We are committed to providing you with a reliable and uninterrupted internet service, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. In the meantime, we will continue to provide regular updates and information regarding the status of the network and any measures being taken to restore and improve the service. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that these outages may have caused, and we thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work to resolve these issues. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to delivering a seamless and reliable internet experience for all our customers. Thank you for choosing Clear Access as your internet service provider. Sincerely,Clear Access Customer Support Team
