Month to Month lies
I am moving to a new complex next month and gave them my 1 month notice period but they say I have to pay R2000.00 early cancelation fee. They say they offer a mont h to month service but why are they charging a early cancelation fee.
Will not recommend Clear access as they are full of lies.

Our services are on a month-to-month basis, however, it is clearly stipulated in our terms and conditions that should the Customer cancel the service order/agreement prior to 12 (twelve) months from activation of the service, the Customer shall be liable for an early cancelation charge of R2000.00 (two thousand rand).
