Mark & Riaan to the rescue!!! :)
After a messy service with one of their employees, their Tech Manager Mark reached out to make amends. Mark understood customer service and it was very pleasing to see that the issue is not with the overall business. Riaan was sent out to help and he was very pleasant and helpful. Went the extra mile to help set up my Mesh Halos.
Happy with how the situation was handled. Thanks Mark and Riaan
