Iv been a customer of clear access for almost 2 to 3 years and was really happy eith the connection and service wih no issues. I had recently disconnected my router due to relocating and then once I was settled I contacted Clear access again to get reconnected as I was still happy with the service and prices. I was assisted very quickly and professionally by the following: Isaac D, Samu and Katlego. When I had connection issues they were making every effort to contact me, escalate my issues and give feedback when necessary.The also constantly and consistently followed up to ensure I was connected. They're continuous and daily efforts to ensure that I was connected made me feel like they valued me as a customer. Really appreciate the wonderful service from the all. Wish them all the best!
