General service update. Stellar service !

You can go ahead and read my past reviews just to get a glimpse of my previous interactions with the company.

Just to came back to say the infrastructure has been excellent over the past few months. My fibre now works during load shedding. I haven’t called them in months to complain. In December I had a minor dip for 10 minutes and it was restored.

This is how every service provider should be. I’m currently in the process to switching to them as my ISP as well. Well done ! Keep it up . Please don’t make me come back to write a terrible review !
