Faulty Back Up Power Solution
The fact that the company is well aware that their Back Up power solution is faulty at Noah’s Village and yet they not willing to install a new one is disgusting. We pay every month for the service and yet we suffer every day when there’s load shedding. It should not be hard to replace it. Knowing very well there’s an issue and you keep on replacing the batteries as if that will make a change. Install a new Back Up Power Solution and stop reusing an old one which clearly DOES NOT WORK
