I app**** for an upgrade with Webafrica who I considered my service provider however the upgrade was to have been authorised by CLEAR ACCESS. Eight days later and still no upgrade was forthcoming, I made contact with clear access and Shenne assisted in tracking the email that was finally sent by webafrica on the 8th day and assisted me in getting this upgrade active immediately as I had depended on it for work purposes.
