End of contract: You must drop of the router yourself even when you have no car

Pathetic and disgraceful aftersales at 93 On New complex. I was forced to take an Uber to drop of the router at the end of the contract as I had no car due to relocation to another province. I phoned in for help twice and was told that I have to drop of the router. I paid an Uber R600 to drop off however Clear access is closed on Saturdays. The office hours on the website indicates that Clear access is opened on Saturdays and Sunday. However no one was at the office. I was then told by the agent who finally answered the call, to leave it at the security at the complex however that is not in line with the BC rules. Other fibre company's pick up the router, knowing very well that we do not have the technical knowledge to dismantle the router and knowledge of what should stay in the apartment. Safe to say I unplugged the entire router unit. I wonder if Clear access will charge me for a router that was not returned because their staff was not working on 28 Feb 2026 ???? If I get a response from Clear access - I will keep interested potential customers or current customers updated.
