So I have bought a new place and in my unit I find a box from Clearaccess installed in my wall that I was never freaking aware of, questioned my developer and they explained it was to do with fiber/DSTV. I was told the entire installation cost would be R2500.

I was promised feedback but never got any, I never got a call from Joanne. SO I called to follow up on my own and I was then given entirely different figures. I have not even made use of Clearaccess services yet and its already off to a bad start.
