Clear as Mud!
No connectivity in Country Life Retirement Village and all I get is “…our technicians are working on the problem - no ETA!” This has been going on since yesterday afternoon and still no internet!!! Why are we being held to ransom by Clear Access as the only ISP in this area???

Four times this month for up to two days at a time but I must pay for a full months internet - just not acceptable!
