Clear access - poor disclosure and unfair returns process
If you sign up with clear access please be advised that when you cancel, regardless of where in Gauteng you are they force you to drive to Centurion to return the router. Nobody mentions this at point of sales but apparently is embedded somewhere in their t’s and c’s. They gladly install at your residence and have technicians here all the time but make it very inconvenient to return the hardware because they automatically charge you R1000 until you return it. This is very poor customer service and clearly aimed at fleecing customers for every possible cent, when technicians in the area (as they have monopolised the complex) could easily fetch the router. Will never use them again!!!

Why not take the constructive criticism to improve your sales process instead of hiding behind your legal disclaimer? The router is the only hardware you provide and is a key part of the transaction, so why not train your sales agents to specifically mention the return clause? Or do you prefer it being hidden among pages of legalese that you know people won’t scrutinise. There’s a difference between true transparency and what you are doing. My original sentiments are only confirmed by this cold and academic response.
