Clear access lack of service delivery

I would like to place my absolute disappointment in the service and failed attempts to seek for assistance in resolving my connectivity issue which was set to be resolved within the promised period. My query has been ongoing for over 72 hours and counting with failure to assist in the company sending a technician to assist with the matter. The Web Africa team have made numerous attempts to follow up on the matter from Clear access with no sense of response received to schedule sending out a technician to assis me for over 2 days. It is extremely disappointing and infuriating to receive such *********** lack of communication and lack of delivery when a client needs you best. I've been sent from pillar to post with no urgency to help send out a technician to have the matter resolved. I am highly disappointed at the lack of urgency and constant answer given by agents which were definitely not helping the situation. It is highly disappointing to have no guarantee in the having given time frames of a query to be resolved and supposing the given time with no change of the situation at hand. Absolute poor service, and I bet many may agree.

Good day Ntsako,

A significant network incident has occurred in the Midrand precinct, as a result of vandalism by unknown parties.

The severity of this break is pronounced, impacting a minimum of 66 cables along one of our primary routes. There are already teams actively engaged in resolving the issue, and comprehensive assessments to determine the full extent of the damage have been completed and repairs are in progress.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend reaching out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for updates.
Regards,
Clear Access
