Clear Access Horrible service. DONT CHOOSE THEM.

Clear access customer service is horrible. I’m absolutely disgusting. I moved into a apartment were clear access is the WiFi provider. They made an appointment with me for installation which was at an inconvenient time for me. They told me that they couldn’t change it. I made arrangements to be at my place at the appointment time and the technician who was suppose to show up didn’t come at all. I tried to call clear access for assistance but they kept redirecting me to a department that never picks up the phone. All round just bad service and I’m disappointed to have paid for their ****py services.
