Cee (Miracle Worker) from Clear Access

I had a problem with my Internet configuration that has rendered me without an Internet connection for a few weeks.

I decided to try my luck with the call centre after 8pm on a Thursday evening and had my call swiftly answered by a consultant named "Cee". Calm, patient and knowledgeable, he stayed on the line through establishing the issue and possible workarounds, me searching for a laptop from neighbours, before finally guiding me through configuring the router and finally achieving success.
