Bad service
The internet is always off and usually for long hours without being updated on what the cause of delay is.

16 Apr 2021, 18:22So today again...the internet went off at approximately 12:30, I had to buy data and hotspot from there. My husband then called at around 4pm to check when the internet would be back and the guys said it was back on, only to find that it’s still off and now they cannot send anyone out because their technicians don’t work on weekends, so that means that we will be without all weekend. The overall customer service is appalling.
