Bad Connection, Horrible service

Super disappointed in how bad their connection is. We have the 100 mbps line but our connection is always down. When we call them to help, they are not very helpful at all. Today was the worst we woke up to no connection and when we called to find out why, they told us they’ll send us a new quotation for another Router which is ridiculous! The router is fine and he claims it was lightning, we have never had lightning, ****ty service, ****tty internet, we are basically paying for nothing. Right now we are working from home and we don’t have connection to internet. Super disappointed!!
